Sprints!
A local courier by the name of Kevin threw together a sprints race today and it was an awesome day for it. We've been starting to get some cold weather up here as of late, but today was really sunny and reasonably warm.I raced in the qualifying runs but I was spinning like mad before I finished the first 1/8th of the track. I just ended up getting REALLY tired and not going very fast at all haha. So I gave up on racing, and started taking pictures.
I took a LOT of pictures, but most of them turned out to be garbage, especially most of the actual racing shots, a couple of them turned out okay, but the most didn't haha.
It was a lot of fun though until in the last race, one of the guys got cut off and went head first into the ground apparently. There was a lot of blood and the paramedics were called in. Wear your helmets folks! I didn't know who he was, but hopefully somebody has been contacted for him. I hope it wasn't anything too too serious.
As you can see in the pictures above, Mosher was there too, we headed to a spot near by and rode for a little bit as it was starting to get dark already. It gets dark too early these days don't ya think?!
